Terms & Conditions 

By placing an order via our website  or when calling our customer services team to place an order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your account

Once you have opened an account and received your account reference code you may also order floral gifts too. We can deliver to your workplace or any address throughout the West Midlands. £3.90 delivery charge is added per address unless otherewise stated. We will invoice you and payment must be made to us on a 30 day basis. If late payment, we reserve the right to add 5% interest on to the account. We may contact you to settle amount via credit/debit card to bring the account up to date.

Breakages: Your company is responsible for any breakage to vases whilst in your possession. Damages are added to your account.

Placing your order  

Showroom flowers must be ordered via telephone or email - please contact on 0121 358 8884 or email info@blossombaby.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Flowers for gifts can be ordered on-line for next day delivery.

As a corporate customer you can take advantage of ordering online and bypassing the payment section. 

Complete the following at the checkout:

1. Fill in your Billing Address

2. Enter your Account Holder Reference

3. Fill in your delivery address and click continue checkout

4. Do not click pay by Credit Card

5. Click Account Holder click continue checkout

6. Check your order and place order 

7. Thank you! You will receive confirmation of your order.
