Terms & Conditions - Wedding Flowers & Sundries



Blossom Baby Ltd offer 2 free consultations. When a wedding date is booked a minimum of £50 deposit is required. If, for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding this deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to postpone your wedding we will hold your deposit until your wedding goes ahead. The deposit is subtracted from your final wedding total. Once your wedding date is booked with us you should book a further consultation with our us approximately six weeks before your wedding. This is to finalise the order. We require full contact details for delivery.



The outstanding balance should be made at least 10 days before your wedding. We order your wedding flowers approximately 7 days before your wedding date, dependent on type of flower chosen, therefore, no changes can be made after this date. We will, however be able to make small changes such as add on corsages, buttonholes and 'thank you' bouquets. A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent out to you after your initial consultation. This is only a guide price and may be subject to change due to the market cost of the flowers at the time of ordering and due to any changes you make nearer to the wedding day. A receipt will be sent to you when we receive the deposit and the balance. We take pride in all our work and appreciate the importance of this special day, therefore, we like to build a good relationship with all our brides. We are here to answer any questions you may have. 



Availability of fresh flowers As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source the product sometimes we are physically unable to use a particular flower. All fresh flowers are subject to availability and stringent quality checks. Blossom Baby Ltd reserves the right to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower.



Sample bouquets If the flowers you require are in season we can offer you a sample bouquet. There is a charge for samples. We will only provide samples once you have paid a deposit and committed yourself to Blossom Baby Ltd.



Wedding Hire - We require a deposit for damages and breakages when hiring all items from the hire range. This will be refunded to you when we have collected the items and checked that they are in the same good condition at the time of hiring. By using this service you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Blossom Baby Ltd deliver and collect all items hired and may charge a small fee.
