Tuesday to Saturday. No delivery on Sunday and Monday.

Standard delivery:
Order by 5.00pm. Allow up to 48 hours. UK delivery only.
Standard charge: £4.99

Special next day delivery:
Order by 1.00pm. Guaranteed next day delivery.
Special next day charge: £6.99

Saturday delivery:
Order by 1.00pm. Guaranteed next day delivery.
Saturday next day charge: £8.99

We are able to deliver to the home, workplace or a hospital. If you are not sure if the recipient will be at the hospital when the order is due for delivery, we suggest the order is delivered to the recipients home.

Please note: If the courier is unable to deliver to the recipients home address, the delivery may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place such as a porch or another enclosed discreet area. If the courier is unable to deliver the item at all, a card will be left for the recipient to re-arrange delivery. The courier will only attempt delivery twice before a charge of £4.99 is incurred.
